Very disappointing experience. My wife first contacted Laqfoil to discuss possible cooperation, but they kept giving different answers and insisted on a paid “training” course ($3,500) before any real partnership. Later I tried myself and faced the same situation — slow and unclear communication, inconsistent information, and no willingness to help. I asked several times for a product catalog or at least a color palette with color codes, but they kept saying “everything is on the website,” even though there is no clear list ... read more
