Bad customer service.
My INITIAL experience went quite well. I ordered a laptop charger for less than 1/3 the price I'd gotten for my last one, and I was quite happy with it for the month that it lasted. Then I went to plug it in late December 2010, and it sparked between the large box in the middle and the plug that goes into it, causing it to stop working.
