Good techs...bad manager – Had a virus problem. They fixed it for $140. 5 weeks later same problem. They fixed it for another $140!! I don't think the tech wanted to charge me again but the manager, very rudely, disagreed with me when I suggested that I should ,at least, get a price break since they had just done basically the same work a few weeks before. Three different prices---none were good – Called and requested a price. They gave me a price. Called the next day, when I was free, to ask if they still had the part. Guess what: new higher price. Drove to pick up the part, over 30 minutes, get there and new even higher price. I understand they need to make profit, but how about not taking it people? I wanted to support my local community and give them a chance at my business, but at over twice the price of on online store, for a used part non the less, why should I give the... read more
