Can you believe the sales person would hang up on a customer? Just wondering if the person I spoke to is just having a bad day... I am very sorry to interrupt someone in the middle of whatever else was going on in the store; I paid for a hard drive and caddy cash and just trying to get what I paid for... I decided to go here for a simple repair, a week later i was experiencing the same problems. I took it in for another time, had to pay AGAIN, only to go home and find that my computer won't even turn on anymore! Not to mention that the service was extremely rude and inconsiderate. These people will get the most money out of you that they can get. Do not make the mistake of coming here.

Research anything you consider buying here. I paid more than double what the product was worth. Got 2 "refurbished" computers home... with a promise they would mail me a keyboard and mouse for each computer. After having to call several times, they mailed me 2 horribly filthy keyboards, and mice, one of the mice was frayed and had exposed wired! After calling and complaining again, they sent new products. However, it has been one month and I still have a broken CD drive in one of the computers. I keep getting the run around ... read more

I wanted to give these guys at this store some business & not happy in the end. I purchased a USED laptop because I gave value to their (90) day satisfaction policy. Two months after the purchase, this laptop#1 got to the point that it would not stay on. I took it back for them to exchang they said they have a no refund policy. I LOVE Laptop World! I have purchased 2 computers from them and found them to be honest and their products good. When I first visited, I told the salesperson what I needed. When I showed him the computer I was thinking of buying, he informed me that it had many more bells and whistles than I said I needed and showed me other computers that were more to my need AND cost less! I highly recommend these people!

I dropped my computer off and was told I would have it back in 3 days. I called on the 3rd day and they told me they were busy moving so it would be another 3 days. Called on the sixth day and they pushed it back once again... I didnt get my computer back for 17 days!! The small problem that needed fixed was about an hour job. Their prices are high but luckily I chewed them out for taking so long and got half off. I would never go back...not worth the headache.
