Most horrible service. I took my laptop in to have a fan replaced because it was not working anymore. I sent it in which costed me 150 dollars to get a new one restored. It took them almost 2 months to get the correct fan put into my laptop, and was left with no notifications about it that whole time. When I finally got it they told me they used generic brands instead of getting my actual manufacturer brand, which explains the amount of time it took.
