I had my iPhone screen replaced here, and I can't recommend it enough! The service was very fast and the employees were upfront with cost and turnaround time. I did my research with a few other vendors before bringing my phone here and this was the best option by far. The staff was incredibly friendly and knowledgable as well. They were not pushy at all and seemed to genuinely care about my phone being fixed as quickly and efficiently as possible. I will definitely be doing business with Laptop Shack in the future.
Being honest. I've used their services in the past without issue. But that was a while ago. The current clown regime is absolutely the WORST! Apparently their operation consists of a brand new counter guy with limited or no computer experience and a technician who is only there sporadically as every time I called for a progress report I was told that he was called out of the office.
