Have turned to Andy on 2 occasions now, March 2023 and February 2025, with a Dell laptop with windows files issues, first running very slowly and then corrupted files. Has repaired windows, updated files and drivers, and in general got the laptop running very smoothly and responsively. First class response time and completing repairs and both done for a very reasonable price. I needed my first laptop repaired sometime in 2010 and believe it or not I found Computers House in the Yellow Pages. I then took my laptop to Andy and it had a virus and Andy repaired it. I have since taken my computers to Andy anytime I have an issue. In 2022 Andy transferred everything from my old HP laptop to my newer Dell laptop and at the same time he help me set up my new purchase of Microsoft 365.
