my daughter went to see him with a bumper issue and he took great care of her and was very generous with his time. Great guys and great place to get work done.
I called and went to several places for an estimate on painting my 2002 F-350 hood, redoing clear coat, and fixing a dent. Mr. Lapp's estimate was super fair, with a promise to have the truck done in a week. He actually calls you back!! I dropped it off on Monday and they were done on Friday morning. The truck looks amazing! I would highly suggest Lapp's for repairs and repainting your auto. They are extremely friendly, affordable, and efficient. A+++
I would recommend him to anyone. Every other shop I went to told me I would need a whole new bumper, but he said the damage was easily repairable. Got it done super quick and his prices are great for the quality work they do. You can tell he does honest work which is exactly why he has so many 5 stars reviews and satisfied customers. I’m especially picky about my car and it turned out perfect - so if you’re looking for a reliable & trustworthy body shop, this is the one.
If you don't use this person for the job, then you lost out on the best work ever, He is fair, great, quick, & honest. I'll recommend him, to anyone & you will never be sorry you did. Mike, keep up the good work.
Mike 100% has your best interest in mind for your vehicle and repairs, especially when dealing with insurance adjusters that are trying to cut corners and nickle and dime the repair job.
