I was hesitant to go in and try anything, as I thought it may be some kind of sherbert or gellato or something, because of the name Hawaiian.......luckily I tried it. This is superb ice cream, better than BandR, (which I really like for Chocolet or the summer Lemon Custard) and please don't mention ben and jerry's. Drop the Hawaiian from the name and open more places!!!!!! I can't get to Palm Springs too often. Thanks Geri
