I was very impressed from the first time I spoke to lapota we did have couple scheduling issues on both sides including family emergency. During that time excellent communication was done my tech came out today and from the time I answered the door to him leaving the whole experience was bar none. His customer service was above any of my expectations. I will definitely call in future. I will pass on the Supreme service. Keep it up. Tom
