I ordered my family’s food at 5:06, was told 20 minutes for pickup. Arrived at 5:31, paid, food wasn’t ready, nbd. 15 minutes later (20 min beyond the original pick up time) I asked the employee sitting at the counter for an eta. I hear the employees in the kitchen say “why would he take it?”. She comes out and gives me the chicken fingers (I ordered chicken fingers and a medium pepperoni pizza) part of my order and says they don’t have the pizza, they’re making a new one.
