4 stars because I believe there is always room for improvements no matter who you are and what you do for a living...
I just called the doctor's office because I had a few questions about my mother Patricia, I spoke to Calise she answered all my questions she was kind. Trust me not many doctors offices or other businesses nowadays are helpful along with being kind
Dr Laporte is a great doctor, he listens to your concerns and answers in great detail just as a teacher would. He is one of the kindest doctor I have ever met. He has a great group of staff, always greet you with a smile, willing to do anything you ask. I highly recommend!
They never answer the phone.You have to wait 30 minutes or more sometimes to ask a question or get information. And it’s only getting worse. They say that they are trying to remedy the problem but nothing. I don’t know how Dr. LaPorte can allow this to keep happening.
