We contacted Laporte-Jenner to complete a simple amicable divorce in August of 2024. We put $3,000 down as a retainer with their assurance that it would cost well under this. The divorce itself was finalized in November of 2024, but the QDRO has required 4 attempts, burning through the remainder of the $3,000 and then several hundred more.
