I've never dealt with a shadier dealership ever. Not only do they work on your vehical with no one else's name on the ownership they will reprogram you key fob without your concent or knowledge. Then will try and find a way to change the name on the ownership. They have cost me thousands of dollars for doing this and also when I finally found my truck because it was towed there without me knowing I asked to be called when any repairs were done and no call was made. I took my ram to the service department to have work done on my ram. I noticed visually when I got home that the nuts holding the part or were clearly not tighten. When dodge was made aware of thier mistake the towed the vehical back and then discounted me 1000. I could have had a.major accident due to this. They have the worst service department ever and I will never take a.vehical back there again nor purchase another vehical off of them.
