The service department is the worst shady service department ever they will reprogram your key fob without your knowledge or even inform you that someone is doing this. All requested as well as a work order put for repairs on a vehical that no one else is listed on the ownership. Then Inform the third party that they will try and figure out a way to change the ownership. I traded my old truck to purchase this vehical. Lepoints did work on my old dodge and failed to tighten up the nuts on the part. When they were informed about it they did tow my truck and gave me 1000 discount for thier mistake. Luckily no one was Injured. I visually noticed the nuts were loose at quite a distance and it was very apparent they were not. To complicated for thier service department
Ben and his Service Staff at Pembroke Chrysler always have a welcoming smile and are friendly and very knowledgeable to answer all questions and concerns. Vehicle was ready as promised. I love these videos with the Technicians showing/explaining the diagnosis of the issue that is to be repaired and the emailed follow up by Ben. Their newly introduced "Valley Valet" shows their dedication to the Customer by picking up the customer vehicle for the appointment and then returning it after the repairs are completed.
The only reason my review is 1 star is because it can't go any lower. The amount of phone calls and messages trying to get my spouse and I to trade our Dodge Caravans is getting to the point of harassment. I've blocked two different numbers already and just got a message from a third number. The sales team is scummy, shady and dishonest and they will never get any business from us.
Lapointe’s service department is fantastic, very personable.
