Poor customer experience. I was working thru Servpro of Lawrence who was very nice. I needed an external wall covered after storm damage Monday 10/18. I was told that Lapointe Construction would contact me and let me know when. I wasn’t contacted until 4pm to say sorry we cannot go out. Really?? I called Servpro of Lowell and they had a gentleman come out at 9pm to cover up the wall. Great service from Servpro of Lowell. Lapointe didn’t seem to care when I spoke with them. Thanks!!!
Almost T-boned one of their trucks. The driver was in the far right lane and at the last minute decided to do a u-turn and just cut right in front of me, i missed the truck by inches. The driver obviously only cares about himself and never mind the safety of others on the road. That driver represents the company while driving the company truck and driving recklessly reflects poorly on the company!
They hire delinquents. After a house fire they were hired to board up and lock the house. They were the only people allowed and on the property after the fire fighters left. Employees and owner stole electronics, collectibles, liquor and jewelry. I found my liquor in owners truck bed before police arrived to file report. Owner was very disrespectful and dismissive. His last words over the phone were “good luck proving it”. I’m sure this wasn’t their first time and definitely not their last. Be aware of these scums!
A++ experience. Family run business that takes pride in their work and actually care about what ever situation you are in. I live in a 6 row with 6 different owners. We had a poor installation this summer (Aug 2022). Flashing around 5 chimneys was cut flush to the shingles rather than wrapped under. Kevin and his team came and repaired the flashing and did a fantastic job. He was able to save us each a couple hundred bucks based off his initial quote. His dad even came to help. Highly recommend LaPointe construction!
