Outdated facilities but beach location is unbeatable. Service is subpar. Most staff interaction is unpleasant. Except for the front desk, the restaurant hostesses, the poolside staff and the beach staff seemed annoyed by hotel guests.
Very nice accommodations!
We loved our stay at La Playa. It's our first return since covid, and we were very impressed with the upgrades. We stayed in the Beach House and love it. Right on top of the Gulf! The staff at the Tiki Bar and the beach were top notch. Special call out to Brady W who was always accomoddating on the beach. We will be back!
