10-star stay for us on June 26 & 27. Moved over to their sister property on June 28 & 29 The Inn on Fifth. Easy check-in. Everybody is so kind and helpful: Valet, Bellman, Tiki bar bartenders, pool attendants. We were in the building across the street. 2 Weddings Taking Place while we were there lots of positive energy! Friendly staff and beautiful part of Naples. Family friendly hotel. Perfect place for bouncing back and forth from beach to the pool.
Great location, customer service was a zero. Customer should come first, met with alot of rules and push back! Only 4 chairs can face the ocean, hung up on when I called the front desk, busy have to wait 25 minutes for a beach chair. Bought a coffee and muffin from the coffee bar and was told couldn't sit outside the restaurant. Had a chandelier drop from the ceiling and hit on the head and maintenance never showed up when called. Finally got someone out the next morning and they compt our lunch tab. A bad experience is all it takes to ruin an otherwise great stay. We paid over $1,600 for a two-night stay during the Fourth of July holiday, expecting to enjoy the fireworks on the beach with our family. We were on the beach directly in front of the hotel when a hotel security officer approached us and told us we had to leave because no one is allowed to remain on the beach after 10:00 PM.
