I feel the product is good but after spending 15k on heat pumps I feel I shouldn’t have to spend another 4-5k over ten years just to maintain them. They did some things wrong with install from my understanding. They never call back as I think they do not want to cover their warranties. I had a competitor fix my heat pumps as they never returned calls so I could set up an appointment. You get someone who doesn’t make an appointment and says you will get a call you never get.
