I recently had an excellent experience at Laplante and I specifically want to thank Jo and the entire team for their outstanding service. Jo was incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, and made the entire process smooth and enjoyable. They went above and beyond to ensure all my questions were answered and that I felt completely comfortable. Such a helpful and friendly team!

I called this week to question some charges on my daughter’s invoice. I asked to speak to the service manager whom was not in his office, but returned my call 15 minutes later. Service Manager James explained in great detail, line by line to make sure I understood. In the end everything added up as quoted. As a woman it can be sometimes difficult to trust a garage, especially a dealership. If I could offer a suggestion as I told the manager, make your invoices more clear for the average person to understand.
Dishonest and lacks integrity!!! A family member went to the garage as he noticed an issue when he was driving the steering on his truck seemed stiff. Thinking it best to go to the dealership for Dodge trucks, he trusted the team at Laplante Dodge in Embrun (new location) and they claimed the issue was the entire steering mechanism and that they could replace it for over $5000 but it’s quicker for them to use a used part (promising it was legitimate) and it would only cost over $4000.
