Great service department. Got me a shuttle home and picked me up for an alignment. Drives nice and straight!
HORRIBLE service department and management team! Service department won't accept warranty that they sold us. Couple thousand dollars wasted unfortunately! 5 full day appointments to not fix anything, and then charge a diagnostic fee. In the end, 30-40 hours of appointments, no service done, and a diagnostic fee to top it all off! No loaner vehicles, no shuttle service! Goodluck! Definitely not worth driving out of the city!
I recently had an excellent experience at Laplante and I specifically want to thank Jo and the entire team for their outstanding service. Jo was incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, and made the entire process smooth and enjoyable. They went above and beyond to ensure all my questions were answered and that I felt completely comfortable. Such a helpful and friendly team!
