Had an appointment scheduled to have a procedure done. I’m in the room getting ready and was told they need to collect the payment, okay fine. Hand my debit card to the office assistant and she tells me cash only?? So I asked, can you just bill me or I can run to an ATM and get the cash and she says no, we can schedule you in another week or so. I have been a patient of Dr. Murphy longer than any of them have worked there and will never go back. Absolutely horrible experience.
