So disappointing. Used to love this spa years back but it’s gone downhill. Very outdated and unkept. Facilities feel neglected and dirty. The massage was not memorable and the room was freezing cold. Spa staff incredibly rude and aggressive energy for no reason. No attendant for towels or robes because they were sitting in the back staring at their phone. People filming and taking pictures all throughout spa. Hard to relax all things considered. Will not return.

My friends and I decided to visit Lapis Spa during spa month. We all made a staggered appointments to be able to enjoy both the outdoor pool and facilities, as well as, the spa facilities. Each one of us got a massage and from the comparison, it sounds like all the massages were different. Despite having booked the same type massages. My masseuse although nice, was subpar for a luxury hotel. I felt my massage lacked in pressure, however, I did enjoy the hot stones and how she used them. Super outdated and in desperate need of maintenance. I don’t mind paying $500 for a spa but this place felt like an outdated gym lockeroom. The rain room which is the main reason I came is broken and we couldn’t use it. There is mold and rust everywhere. Very disappointed. And the co-ed pool smells like pure chlorine. This place needs to be shut down and completely renovated until then I won’t be coming back.

By far, one of the worst spa experiences I’ve had. Spa facilities are falling apart (literally handles on doors came off in my hand) they are disorganized and in dissaray. There is zero spa ambiance, there are people recording reels and making social posts in the ladies locker rooms and privacy areas despite there being a no phone policy. No one is actually telling them not to do it…ridiculous in clothing optional areas. Overall the facility felt dirty. The treatments (facial) was awful. So bad that I cancelled my body treat... read more

I’ve tried several times to book for more than one guest, as the website instructs you to call in that case. Unfortunately, the phone never rings through, just an automated message. I left multiple voicemails with no return call, which has been very disappointing. I expected a much higher level of service and responsiveness.
