I recently had a wonderful massage with Yuli, and I can’t recommend her enough. She truly has a gift for helping others relax and feel at ease. I felt so cared for during the session!
I visited the Lapis Spa at the Fontainebleau in Las Vegas and my experience there was superb. Today I visited the Lapis Spa in Miami and overall the experience was just average. The biggest issue for me was the staff in the locker room. The attendants came across as unwelcoming and even a bit irritated whenever I asked simple questions. I want to write about the rude little man at the counter. I keep replaying how he treated me over 3x while I was trying to pay. All Snobby "I CAN;'T TAKE YOUR CASH" As if I Was some kind of prositute. I am mad I paid. I hope he has since been fired in his suit that was way too big for him... not too big for his attitude though. Thanks for making me never want to come back here.
Came here to celebrate anniversary and have booked couples massage for it. We were running late so they charged for rescheduling (which is fine, as we bumped our timing to 80mins) but on top of that they had done wrong booking for us. They booked separate massages for us even though I called and booked for couples massage. After asking, they arranged one but charged us again 117 per person. I decided to book a 50 minute relaxing massage here as I heard this is one of the best spas. The staff were very nice. The massage itself was good. My favorite part was when she massaged my hands, feet and scalp. But sometimes during the massage it felt like she was just rubbing oil on me.
