Skip this spa! Right from the moment I arrived the customer service was poor. All the staff are on their phones and don’t look up or greet you. I would rate the facilities similar to my local YMCA. You can choose from a coed pool, hot tub or steam room. When the staff person came to get me for my service she walked in the room and asked “5:30 service?!” I said yes and then she walked out. I really wanted to like this place. It seemed great when I came across a video of it on Youtube, but that video was a couple years old. I was VERY disappointed when to my dismay, I went to the rain room only to see an "Out of Order" sign in front of it. Me and my friend were really looking forward to going in there. Today I had the master massage 50min at the spa waiting for my room to be ready. Myself and 2 other women were with me. When inside the spa we were given a robe, and locker. The hostess did not give a tour or anything, all she said was everything is down the hall. We decided to look around, and ended up going in the hot tub. When we got out we went to take a shower. I came here for my birthday and thought I was in for a treat. Unfortunately, the experience and condition of the spa was unacceptable for a “luxury” spa and the price tag. Here are several things I noticed: - Upon entry, I was expecting a tour of the facility by the men’s spa attendant which did not happen, so I had to walk around and figure things out. -The men’s jacuzzi had black mold on the tiling. -There was also mold on the ceiling of the men’s shower.
