ABSOLUTE NIGHTMARE! If you want to take a chance on buying a car here, be sure you have a good lawyer on hand. I purchased a 2019 Nissan GT-R on March 24th, and everything was great up until they had my money. After 10 days of no response asking where my car was (should have been delivered to me), I get a call saying the car was left outside and stolen off their lot. I had a very disappointing experience trying to consign my car through Lapin Motors. When I first brought the car in, they took pictures and told me it would be listed the same day. Two weeks later, it still wasn’t listed. Each time I checked in, I was told it was “the internet guy’s fault.” When the car was finally listed, they left out all the interior pictures, even though they had taken plenty. I found a vehicle I like on cargru which lead me to Lapin Motor. I put an inquiry into the vehicle and shortly after I was contacted by Justin. I reside in CA, I had one conversation about the vehicle with him and the next day he had worked up a deal including shipping quotes and found a buyer for my trade in one thousand dollars above what carguru had quoted. Sabyn was the kindest and most professional sales person I’ve ever worked with in a purchase or sale. As an out of state buyer she was more than helpful and accommodating with my 911 buy. Great dealership. Would definitely work with them again.

Had a great experience at Lapin when I decided to purchase a new car from them. The team was very welcoming when I first arrived to the showroom. I worked with Freddy. It was very nice working with him through all the steps of the car buying process. He was very responsive whenever I had a question and provided all of the answers. Good experience also when trading in my old car and they gave me enough time to work on obtaining the financing for the new one. Very impressed with everyone on the Lapin Team!
