Brad is amazing when it comes to repairs. He takes the time to discuss your bike with you, and makes sure you're comfortable with, and understand the work that he'll be doing. I have a vintage cruiser, that was in slightly bad shape mechanically when i brought it in to him, as well as a second bike that had been beat up by a previous shop.
