At first, it see me like they would unload a single coil pretty quickly, but that’s only in the afternoon; the first slot to get a single coil unloaded can take over two hours. Just last Thursday, I arrived at 8:00 PM and waited until 11:00—only for four trucks—and in the end, the crane operator told me he wasn't going to unload me because he’d just been slacking off. It made me absolutely furious in that moment, especially since I was already inside at Bay 2 with my chains off, only to have to pull back out.

I got lucky that there was no trucks in front so I got a door right away, the staff is nice. However there was no sense of urgency, had to wait 30 minutes after docked to start loading. What really grinds my gears is that their crane doesn't go far off making to load sit too much in the tandem and if you're picking up a full load with 53' it will be overweight.
