I've worked for this company 2 different times for a combined total of 2.5 years. The benefits are mediocre and it's low pay but it's also low expectations for most positions there. I was there for over a year the last time and quit, first they started me as a CNC machinist but then they ended up moving the work for it to one of their other facilities so they moved me to fab/ receiving until they bought out SMC metals and then i put in for a turret/ punch press operator position which is doing two different jobs at once.
