Highly professional installation of my Pells Windows. The tradesmen were efficient and very neat, even to the point of erecting a barrier in the kitchen where they to replace one window. I had another Certified Pella Contractor do some previous windows and we were not happy. LaPelusa is the real deal.
This is the second time we've purchased Pella windows from LaPelusa. The first was when we purchased 5 windows for a sun room. Recently we replaced the other 15 windows and french doors in our condo. The sales process was informative and without any pressure. The installation teams were tidy, clean, and swift. Our windows look great. Highly recommended.
Windows look fantastic, were installed by an extremely professional team (took off shoes inside without being asked, or wore booties, laid down paper, left the job site spotless), and I appreciated how they worked with us to schedule installation. For the uninitiated, windows take 6-8 weeks for fabrication, so plan accordingly! It will be worth it. :) Family-owned business that has been doing this for decades. You can see why!
Highly recommend LaPelusa Home Improvement. Brian provided a thorough investigation of the project and his install team was the best.
Should be 0 stars. He came out to measure my doors. Sent too much information for me to sift through. I chose two door styles for pricing. Never heard from him again
