It’s comforting to know that when you call for a plumber, he will arrive on time and have all the necessary tools and equipment to not only diagnose your issue, but repair it. George is very knowledgeable, takes his time to show you what the problem is, and gives you alternatives that are within your budget. He was able to determine my exact problem and even changed out a couple of valves at no additional charge. He’s very courteous and reliable. I will not hesitate to use LAPD Plumbing and Heating again.
Got this guy via my home warranty for a leaky bathroom faucet. I paid $75 for just the visit. He didn't as much as bend his knees. Don't know what he reported to my warranty company, but he quoted $750 for me to pay out of pocket to replace the faucet and drain. After watching a short you tube video I felt comfortable to fix the leak myself. I spent $8.77 for an Allen Wrench Set and $6.99 for a 2 pack Faucet Stem replacement. Amazing service from start to finish! Contacted George after my bathroom flooded via my home warranty company after another company told me that they couldn’t come assess the house for over a week. George went out of his way to ensure that the problem was assessed and treated day of and gave me peace of mind through every step. Had a home warranty call the guy came out.Stood with hands on his hips turn water on and off. I explain to him what was going on. He told me he’s gonna put his report for the service. I told him so basically, I got out of $100 for you to stand here with your hands on your hips and not check anything The service was a waste of my time so basically he got free money
