My neighbor recommended him and he came out but would never respond back with a quote. I think if the job isn't big enough, he won't do it. He bragged about some big job that he was just finishing. It's hard to find people that will keep their word these days.
He hit my car a drove away. I would not recommend hiring him for anything.
