Terrible experience. I scheduled an appointment 2 months out and was told it was canceled when I showed up to the office today. They claim they couldn’t leave a voicemail but they had my email on file as they sent me 2 appointment reminders just days ago. So they could have emailed me to let me know this was canceled! This obgyn office called me & said they called my medicare card no. by medicare a week before my appt and my number came up invalid. They told me to call medicare. Because i worked for a municipality my retirement included health care if medicare doesn't cover. I told that to the office but they refused to bill that insurer. So i called medicare and yes i got to speak to a rep who said my obgyn is wrong. My card is valid. I called my obgyn back and they still insisted it isn't and wanted a reference no for the call. Horrible staff. Could not get an appointment for over a month, called 3x and was hung up on twice. No apologies, no bed side manner. Where is the menopause support when you need it? Moving on to Dr. Augustine. Michelle, you can do better.

She’s been my doctor for many years listens. I feel heard and she has a delightful personality, nice energy level and her entire staff is very pleasant and helpful.
