While we are very satisfied with the level of customer service provided, we find the all-day pickup window (7:00 AM–4:00 PM) to be unreasonable. Industry standards typically provide customers with a defined four-hour service window, allowing them to better manage their schedules. Staff was polite ,informative and helped in a professional manner. I was able to make my booking and was informed that my barrel could be picked up on another day if it cannot be picked up on the day I requested, very enlightening.

Spending so much money to send stuff to Guyana and 2 months its not ready for pick up .This is ridiculous..All you are hearing is excuses upon excuses .Thats not all ,I sent stuff after and those meet and already cleared .Laparkhan you all need to get it right .
