For my first time, it was a good experience from customer service over the phone to getting to the location to send the box.
I called for a shipping to Barbados and was told they only pick up between 9-5, I live alone and cannot miss work at this moment. So no exceptions couldn’t be made because the driver chooses where he starts from.
