Never had a good experience at this practice. Doctors don't care for their patients and seem to be getting people in and out as fast as possible with as little help as possible. Service is poor and their website and booking process is atrocious. I would be leaving zero stars If possible. I went looking for help with chronic depression, and one doctor gave me an extremely high dosage of meds, with no regard to my concerns and poor acclimatisation throughout; as a result my body has been left fundamentally changed. The receptionist needs to find new employment! Because they don't like their job. One older Receptionist has been there a while, who's lovely and helpful rest are rude 🙄 and can't even book appointments over the phone, now they have to be a certain time of day online. What about people who struggle with technology, disgustingly., What's the point of a Receptionist
Never any in person appointments, always seem to be in a rush when talking on phone unable to talk to doctors in an open and free way about various issues. Feel genuinely let down and otherwise neglected.
The help I have received at this practice has been exceptional during challenging times. In addition to professional medical staff, reception staff, even during their busiest days, have provided me with first class support. Their kindness and understanding is much appreciated. A big "thank you" to everyone.
I'm new patient me and my family have been in the area 6 months. And with the practice for 4 or 5 months. And it's not great! will give them another chance because of how close we live and i have two children with special needs, one of which is in a wheelchair and non verbal. But if the lack of duty of care happens again, I will go through the complaints procedure and leave!
