I was purchasing a new home and called multiple Pool builders as I was pretty aware I had a defective Pool Andrew not only answered the call on the weekend very late in the afternoon but took the time to explain to me the issues and problems and how to rectify them and did not charge anything it is very rare to find someone that would give you five minutes on the phone these days so with that said Andrew went above and beyond and I couldn't recommend anyone else. Andrew and his team recently finished our pool and did a wonderful job. Andrew made himself available and talked us through the process. Also made some really thoughtful and insightful professional suggestions that turned out really make a difference in the finished product. On time, on budget and on point! Super happy with our pool and would highly recommend LOL Pools to anyone looking to build.
What an amazing experience I had with Andrew and his team. From design stage to delivery it was a seamless process and quality finish. Completely transformed our house to dream home. Price was reasonable and product first class. Don’t go looking elsewhere !!!
Great experience with this company, Andrew in particular. We were always kept informed of where things were at any point in time and Andrew's vision of what was possible, has left us with a dream result. Andrew also supervised every stage of construction and was meticulous to details. Highly recommended
Andrew was absolutely brilliant to deal with for our pool. The pool was part of an overall knock down and rebuild project and Lap of luxury was probably the easiest subcontractor to deal with across the whole project. Can highly recommend them, the finished product looks amazing. Thanks again Lap of luxury !
