Dr Shateenah Barnes was wonderful and so compassionate. When I woke up that morning at 7am, I was not expecting it to be my elderly cat's final day so I was a little in shock and only half prepared emotionally - but from the first call to Lap of Love they were so caring and wonderful. She was also able to arrive 45 minutes earlier than scheduled which was a blessing to help my cat pass. Lap of Love brought us so much comfort and peace on one of the most difficult days of our lives. Annie, who I scheduled with, was so kind and Dr. Mike was incredible. Dr. Cathy was wonderful, she helped us with Biscuit three years ago, and last week with Sugar. She has such a kind heart, and was so gentle with Sugar and Biscuit.
Lap of Love provided the most compassionate and peaceful experience during one of the hardest moments of our lives.
