This place was amazing. The vet they sent out had so much empathy. Took their time to explain to us and allow us to grieve.
Dr. Cathy was so very understanding empathetic and professional. We felt like we had chose the right person from the moment she stepped into our yard. She took time with us and helped us through the hardest moments. I highly recommend her services and lap of love. If you have a furry family member which you will not take any chances on their crossing the rainbow bridge other than excellence. These guys are your source of peace. Thank you for helping us with our Suki You have no idea what it means to us.
Can't recommend them strongly enough. From start to finish Dr. Loren and her staff were competent, kind and empathetic. They made one of the worst days of my life a little more bearable. 5 STARS!!!
We had to go through the unfortunate experience all pet owners eventually have to deal with in scheduling euthanasia for our dear husky, Mila. The staff from scheduling through the vet, Dr. Geoff, were incredible during such a difficult time. We were able to make her comfortable, Dr. Geoff gently walked us through everything, and the experience - although awful and emotional - was brightened by how Lap of Love handles these delicate moments. I cannot recommend enough if you're looking for an in-home situation.
There are not enough appreciative words to extend about Lap of Love. Although, we never had the chance to actually use the service, the staff on hand were so loving, calming, and assuring. My little Fur baby was clearly at his end ready to cross over the furry rainbow. Unfortunately, he spread his wings before they arrived and still, they made sure the family and other furs in the home were emotionally handling the passing.
