Dr Stephanie was wonderful & very empathetic! She made Jack feel comfortable and allowed us to be outdoors for the whole process. We even had my dog right there with us. Dr. Stephanie after putting Jack in his cozy basket & blanket, picked it up and showed my dog so she could see him. Cally put her nose to his head like she said goodbye. Dr Stephanie never rushed me, allowed all the time I needed to say bye. Thank you for a beautiful peaceful transition. Thank you lap of love!! 🐾💞
Dr. Mike Waldy was everything we could have hoped for during one of the hardest moments of our lives. He was professional, compassionate, and incredibly gentle, treating our dog with dignity and care every step of the way. His calm presence and kindness brought us comfort during an otherwise heartbreaking experience. We are deeply grateful for the respect and empathy he showed our family.
There are no words to describe how remarkable Dr. Shateenah was with my beautiful boy and me. She made such a soul-crushing experience seem bearable. She showed so much kindness and patience. I am beyond grateful that this angel was here to assist with my best friend's last moments with me.
Dr Virginia was an absolutely fantastic person and vet. She took the time to share memories with us and made this process so personal and easy. Have used Lap of Love before and will use again!!!
I cannot recommend this team enough. Lindsey and Carrie on the phone were both so kind and warm, and Dr. Shateenah is truly one-of-a-kind. She helped our loved one be so comfortable and helped us get through the emotions. Thank you to everyone at LoL Tampa.
