Ordered through uber eats, found a roach in the food, uber eats only refunding the item I found the bug in even though I had to throw everything away

No more lao sze chuan for me. I used to be a regular customer. No more. The quality of their food both on delivery and dining at the restaurant is bad and has gone downhill. As well as their waiters. I noticed it for awhile and just not one time. I let it go but no more. At my current visit today they served me bad food. I ordered their mapo tofu as I usually do. They served me just tofu and a couple veggies in a watery red mixture. Extremely watery, just liquid red gravy if you can call it that. Not thick at all. Like soup.... read more
