I understand Dr. Lanzo is a respected Orthopedic Sx. However, this was my initial experience. As a new patient, I prefer an introduction with the physician at the start of my appointment. After explanations have been made, he is free to move on. Anyway, for now my 5 stars are for Megan, George S., and the remainder of his staff!
