Stefano started the renovation of our kitchen and stated that it would take about 4-6 weeks, it took about 10 weeks. He did a good job on the kitchen but most times they didn't work full days. The electrician that he contracted was horrible. I had a friend (electrician) finish what he screwed up. there were many delays: i.e. the mill was back logged and couldn't get to making the cabinets on schedule, then the doors arrived damaged. A most unprofessional business with well below standard work. Had Stefano Lanzi, the owner to do a kitchen make-over. Firstly, was supposed to take 3-4 weeks and it went on for more than 9. They never completed the job so I had to tell them "not to bother" and hold back a small retention. It cost me more to get someone else to try finish off what he didn't. Then, just 6 months later, the cupboards are literally falling apart. He said he would fix but didn't see anyone rushing in to look. This was 3-4 months ago and I've hear... read more
