STAY FAR AWAY!!!! FAST TALKING MISREPRESENTATION. WILL NOT GIVE A DIME BACK WHEN I CHANGED MY MIND BEFORE DRIVING OFF. SOLD ME A CAR THAT BROKE DOWN IN 19 MILES OF DRIVING THAT HE SAID HE HAD CHECKED AND IT ONLY NEEDED AN OIL CHANGE TUNE UP AND CHARGE THE AC. THE CAR WOULD NOT GO AFTER BEING AT A RED LIGHT AND ALL OF THE TRANSMISSION FLUID RAN OUT. SMMH
I drove an unsafe second hand car from this dealer. Hydraulics failed while driving, among many other issues, shortly after purchase. Dealer refused to adhere to rights under Australian Consumer Law (ACL) - denied that there are any rights to refund when there clearly are. Used intimidation tactics. An extremely unpleasant experience.
Vince Jim, along with their team service our cars, and now that our kids are driving, they look after their vehicles. Also, we travel over the bridge from Williamstown for all our services. I highly recommend these guys as they are honest and good value. Thanks again guys
We bought our daughter her first car from Lanza Motors and could lot be happier. Peter went above and beyond to ensure the car was in great condition, adding four new tyres, fixing some minor scratches and giving us a stellar deal. Our daughter is thrilled with her car.
