She confused me with another patient several times. Messed up appts and didn’t send scripts to pharmacy. She’s forget to bill insurance, lose paperwork, then would try to bill insurance and couldn’t get paid and then she’s say it was the patients fault. She’s got a terrible personality she’s not nice. After 4 years of therapy I was worse after. Don’t become a patient you’d be better off with a self help book.
