My purchasing experience was great. Both Jim and Peter are a pleasure to deal with. I primarily interacted with Peter, who is very friendly, professional and accommodating. Upon bringing the car home, I was somewhat disappointed to discover that it requires a service within twenty days; however, overall I am very satisfied.
I drove an unsafe second hand car from this dealer. Hydraulics failed while driving, among many other issues, shortly after purchase. Dealer refused to adhere to rights under Australian Consumer Law (ACL) - denied that there are any rights to refund when there clearly are. Used intimidation tactics. An extremely unpleasant experience.
We recently bought a second hand car from Lanza; good service, honest info, friendly manner. They took time and energy to respond to our queries and delivered the car in great mechanical condition.
Just bought a car off Lanza. It was the most positive experience I’ve ever had with a car dealership. Peter had even put enough fuel in for me to make the 440km journey home. If u want a no bullshit, good old fashioned service together with a ripper of a deal, this family owned business is where to go. Absolutely a five star business with five star service ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
huge appreciate for jim and peter who were incredibly accomodating, trustworthy, and reliable. i could not recommend this place anymore to people looking to buy used cars for great prices, especially for first car owners 😃 thanks again to jim and peter!!
