Didn’t go the way I expected and didn’t have the car serviced after all. Diagnosis was done and showed more problems. Although I didn’t have the car serviced, everyone was great to deal with. A class operation.
Tim and his crew at Lanza have been great to my family & I. We have brought numerous vehicles to Lanza within the past year or so, as we have always gone to the same mechanic for years prior and they have been exceptional. Very honest, they run a full report of your vehicle each time, and extremely reasonably priced. Highly recommend

I brought my GTI to this shop as it was recommended by a co worker. Tim is very educated, professional and most importantly honest. It’s hard to find a shop that won’t play games, but you get detailed reports (including photos) here on top of him being willing to explain and answer any questions.
