I’ve been a loyal customer since lany was working at her old salon by five guys. She does an amazing job when she’s actually there. I always show up during her store hours but she’s never open unfortunately. If you have set hours you are open you should be open no matter if you have an appointment online or not. Such an inconvenience especially when you work 2nd shift and can only come during the weekend :(. Came at 2 on a Saturday and she wasn’t even there when her store hours are 11-3pm.

Amazing! I was taking my chances with a new brow spot and my experience here was 10/10! Amazing brow shaping and customer service. In and out too, she is great.
I’m extremely disappointed. I have been coming to Lany for almost a decade. When I lived in holland I came regularly, now I live over an hour away and have still only had my eyebrows done by Lany. Not anymore. I waited outside her business for over half an hour for her to never show. Tried calling the number on the door and after two rings was immediately sent to voice mail.
