Lanyard Store is a PLEASURE to work with! I submitted an order online thinking it was an impersonal e-commerce transaction. Jenny Yi reached out to me directly to double check my order since it was different than my organization's order for the previous 2 years. I wasn't even aware of the difference, but Jenny was so conscientious to help us make sure it was perfect! This company knows true customer service! I needed a rush order and not only were they able to accommodate but they went out of their way to make sure I received my order on time by working outside of store hours. And on top of that, the lanyards' fabric and print were high quality. Will definitely being working with them again! Your team's dedication does not go unnoticed 😀

Great experience and customer service. I got exactly what I wanted. They heard my ideas and helped me perfect the product I wanted! They have fast shipping. None of the product was damaged like when I've ordered from other companies. I will order from them again and will recommend their services.

I absolutely Love the Custom badge reels, lanyards, and badge holders I received. I will be definitely be ordering again. WE WOULD RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY.....love them
