What a fantastic physio clinic. Sahil did a great job on historical nagging injuries ( caused by an ultra average lifestyle!) I’m so happy I tried Lantzville Wellness. This is a quiet, low key clinic with Uber friendly staff and personalized service (that last sentence needs some word smithing). Direct billing with rehab pros made the muscle treatments less painful. I would easily recommend this clinic (I think I just did).

I used the massage service and I can say that I have never had such impeccable treatment, from the service at the reception to the service of the massage professional. She definitely understood what I needed and made sure I left feeling good and satisfied. The staff is very welcoming and the space is cozy. The best clinic on Vancouver Island for sure.

I came in with jaw tension and discomfort, and the treatment really helped. Sahil was kind, professional, and made me feel comfortable during every session. Everything was explained clearly, and I felt well taken care of from start to finish. I highly recommend Sahil to anyone looking for a great physiotherapist. I’m from out of town and searched for an Osteopath in the area. Jorge was a great find. He is very knowledgeable in his profession, and believe me a good osteopath is hard to find. He is kind, humorous and very skilled. I came away from my session feeling much improved.

Sahil is personable, patient, thorough and knowledgeable. He sent me exercise videos that were easy to perform. The videos broke the exercises into small steps. It is easy to forget exercises once you leave a physiotherapist office so the videos were greatly appreciated. Sahil shared information about other ways to stay in shape and develop flexibility. He is always on time and did not rush my sessions. I am pleased with my injury recovery.
