This was a new toilet install, and was done on short notice on a weekend. The sewer drain and mounting ring were already prepped. The toilet was new and in the box. The installation took about 30 minutes. The technician, Zack, knew his business and was quick and efficient.
Nick and Angel were great. Had an electrical issue that I could not figure out. They were patient while I explained what I had tried and then hopped in trying different repairs until they figured it out. Very happy with the quick service and thr kind techs that I have met at Lantz.
Justin came out and helped us hunt down the mystery item causing our kid's bathroom toilet to not flush. While he was here we had them install a new toilet also. The mystery item that caused us to have to replace a toilet....a paintbrush. 6 Year Old Boys are so fun.
Zach was very professional with pr skills, informative, knowledgeable, and was very thorough. I would ask for him every time we need plumbing work.
