Zhanna has tried at least but maintenance has completely blown me off for weeks now: yes I get ac Systems are more important but things have just changed and considerably for the worse. I can’t even get a response from maintenance anymore. Have had problems for years and just took it with a grain of salt. I am truly frustrated with the level of “service” if you can call it that. Did a self tour here in July. Apartments are nice and the rent is reasonable. I did not move here mainly because when I entered the apartment leasing office I met with an older woman can’t remember her name and she was very rude. I asked for copies of the fees and what not. She was hesitant on doing that. Every question I had seemed to bother her as well.
