Clean, well maintained. The location is ideal and maintenance responds promptly and efficiently. Very responsive to any minor concern. It’s quiet and easy access to 121 and the North Dallas area.
This apartment is beautiful, modern, and in a great location close to everything you need or could want. The amenities are excellent, and there are plenty of activities that make it a comfortable and enjoyable place to live. The front office staff are always friendly, helpful, and professional.
This place is absolutely awful. The rent prices are outrageous for what you get — the property is disgusting, trash is constantly overflowing and never picked up on time. Management doesn’t hold up their end of the lease, yet they still expect tenants to keep paying full price even though nothing we were promised in the rental agreement is actually provided.
