The front desk team is very attentive and responsible, especially Zhanna, the office lady who answers all my questions. The maintenance team is also efficient and quick. Very good neighbor to live in.
Everyone on the leasing team are awesome, especially Zhanna, she help me in every question that I have. Beautiful place to live. I really like it.
Very nice and updated units. Clean, fresh, modern. Complex is only about 8 years old. Staff is professional and friendly. Move-in process was pretty smooth. Just felt a little rushed due to the application and the move-in date selection not being what I thought it was. Staff worked with me to do everything they could to make it easier. 2 weeks in and I am loving everything.
I had a whole essay written out as to why you should avoid this place and it wouldn’t let me post it. To sum it up, they will overcharge you for everything, violate you for their mistakes and then try to back charge you for said admin mistakes on their end, charge you for repairs you noted on your move in forms, not allowed to hang anything on the walls as you’ll be charged, tow residents if you’re parked in guest parking even though there isn’t enough parking for paying tenants, they expect you to hoard your trash in your a... read more
Absolutely love this place! Lina, the property manager, is fantastic—attentive, sincere, and always follows through. She treats residents with the utmost respect and truly cares about their experience.
