Zhanna and Ashley were super awesome to help, the way those two ladies handle potential occupants needs to be studied, so smooth and seamless. On a side note, the office needs to have someone that will be readily available to take calls and address questions/concerns regarding applications and approval. The two people in the office has little visibility of what is happening to applications. I usually don't write review, bust we got done touring the place as a potential renter and Zhanna was amazing. She was the only person at all apartments that we toured that took the time to not only explain the property but also the surrounding area. Maintenance workers were also coming in and out (busy with work) and made sure to greet us as well instead of ignoring like many other places. She honestly made us already like the property before even seeing the apartment - which was also great layout and kept clean.
