The best apartment complex in the country. Hands down. There is no better management team anywhere.
Edit: The carpet fee was removed, which was great. I added a couple more stars because the stay itself was actually enjoyable, and the staff was always friendly. I just wasn’t expecting the move-out process to be such a hassle financially. I’m still unclear on the deposit policy—it feels more like a down payment toward move-out fees rather than a refundable deposit. We did not receive our deposit back and instead ended up owing $111. Today I visited Lantower Legacy Lakes and was warmly welcomed by Zhanna. She was super friendly, professional, and very attentive to all of my questions. The property is beautifully maintained and perfectly located. I highly recommend this community and its amazing staff — Zhanna truly made my day!
