Do not rent at this apartment complex. I went over 20 days recently with no AC. I still don't have a working washer. It's been since 8/06/26. The staff will not respond to any maintenance requests. They are rude poor customer service. I have been trying to leave this place due to safety and health concerns.
You can feel the laziness and neglect radiating off this property. Every concern raised by other reviews is VALID. While the units themselves are nice, you are taking chances on your convenience and safety. The entire exterior of the property, from the amenities, dog park, stairwells, and hallways is ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING and poses legitimate health concerns to you and your pets. I have lived at Avita going on 4 years. The lack of courtesy and disregard for heath, safety and cleanliness is astonishing. The dog park is littered with poop, new and old. The summer heat has dried out old dog poop, and the non-old dog poop makes the park smell from even a distance. One of my dogs got sick because the dumpster is rarely emptied. She got ahold of and ate old, rotten chicken bones. I strongly advise: stay away!
Worst apartments to move into. The lack of communication, maintenance, and basic security here is absolutely unacceptable. I’ve had a clogged kitchen sink AND a clogged dishwasher for three days. I submitted a maintenance request online on Wednesday, 8/5, and also called the office to notify them of the issue. Maintenance came into my apartment to fix the door, but somehow never addressed or even looked at the much bigger issue with the kitchen sink and dishwasher.
