My vehicle was stolen twice. When I spoke with the manager, they told me that the gates were broken for months, not even half of the cameras work, and they no longer have security guards patrolling at night. Also, she mentioned that these things are not for security purposes (did not make any sense), and was pretty much not being helpful... its ashame.

We stopped in on a Saturday without an appointment. Caprice offered us water and told us we would be next. She showed the apartment next to the one we were thinking about renting and it was nice - ground floor and the move in date would work without having too much overlap between the apartment we would be leaving and the new apartment. The new pool was beautiful and the property looked nice. We ended up renting a great 1st floor apartment. It is sad to say that one day it used to be a good place, and now none of the gates work; they are totally open for everyone to come in, people break into cars, the dog park is full of dog poop, and the complex is infested with German roaches. If you try to talk to management, they can't see you and won't talk to you. I regret renewing my lease. I renewed it because we had new management, and I started saying change, and now it's like I'm living in Section 8 when I get charged like for a luxury apartment.

I've been at Avita apartments for a while. The breeze ways are still dirty after being here for over 2 years. I said something to the managers and leasing agent, and they said they would try to do something about it. The new manager Danielle said the complex was approved for a hallway cleaner, that never happened. Now there is new management again for the 5th time since 2023 (no exaggeration). If you are thinking of moving here, think twice. The 3 entrance gates have not worked for the past 3 months. We have strangers coming in late at night, roaming around, checking if doors are unlocked. They have broken car windows, and it's getting worse. Management knows about this and doesn't fix it. It used to be safe, but it's no longer. Please think twice before moving.
