After a three-year tenure at Avita Alamo Heights, formerly Lantower, I can confidently assert that it is an excellent apartment complex, albeit with certain drawbacks. Regrettably, there is a persistent issue with residents’ dogs using the bathrooms in the breezeways and other areas. Returning from a business trip but I spoke with my lawyer and meeting with him later to discuss my options and the stress and wear and tear on my body to live for more then a month without ac. While the property itself is undeniably beautiful, the management here is among the worst I’ve ever encountered. What should have been a simple maintenance process turned into a three-month ordeal filled with silence, indifference, and outright neglect. This place is a JOKE. We’ve had a leak in our bathroom for OVER TWO MONTHS. We’ve submitted multiple maintenance requests, made countless phone calls, and even spoken to the office face-to-face and guess what? NOTHING has been done.
