Now, I feel fortunate the leasing application took longer than expected (more than a week), because in the mean time I found relevant information to make my decision to step back on the process. I had an issue with my AC; they jumped on it the same day, and I really appreciate it because this hasn't happened in 2 years. I have seen several changes since this management started a few weeks ago: the pool is working, my AC is fixed, and they are working on the gates. Thank you!

Highly disappointed. I was suppose to move in JUNE 23rd… today is JUNE 23rd and they CALLED TODAY that it is NOT ready. Not off to the right start. Now after looking at the MOST recents reviews, not sure if I made the right decision. Update: no one has called me back about a refund or how it will be processed. I only found out that my refund was being processed by their response on my google review. I am frustrated that I have been out $2.6k with no communication.

I have lived here for over 2 years now and this apartment has gone down hill fast. Management has been changing and it seems as though no one seems to care much anymore. Gates have not worked in over 9 months and they say it’s fixed but they are still wide open for people to come right in. Security cameras in the parking garage are not working so don’t depend on those. Many vehicles are broken into, stolen, or even taken apart. The only good thing about this apartment complex is that maintenance responds quickly. They disappoint in almost every other aspect. The gates have been broken since November with many cars having been broken into or having their wheels stolen since. The amenities seem to be constantly out of service, especially the pool. By far, the worst part of this place is the lack of response from the leasing office when problems arise.
