These homes were supposed to be finished by August of 2015, and due to rain they date was moved to October of 2015. The builder Sonny Bazbaz with Lanterra and the realtor Gary Lee from KW told everyone numerous times that the homes would be finished by October, but of course they were not. Now they are promising July of 2016. 9 months of broken promises and lies. Honestly this builder is the worst I have ever worked with.
