Bought 50 O'Neill in 2016, interim closing in 2024, finally closing in 2025. Paid almost $3100 a month during interim for a small 1+1. Worst part you doubled your maintenance fee from 0.54/sqf to almost 1 dollar for a brand new condo. I pay over 600$ a month now, just wow.
This is the worst Builder I have ever come across in Canada. Every loop hole in the system abused by this builder supported by their eco system covered by lawyers. Never purchase any real estate property developed by this builder. If you buy one expect cheap/very poor quality of workmanship, very poor customer service within warranty, no timeline of completion of project and increase your carry cost by at least 6% (that's their inflation in Canada) every year so if your project completed in 6-8 years then it's increased by 5... read more
This is the worst developer ever. Everything from the sales people that sell their units to the development timeline in their contracts, the building quality and time it takes to complete anything, management, security. Literally everything is abysmal, do NOT purchase from this developer. Upgraded finishes like marble were broken and just glued back together, an entire door frame not installed not touching the floor, toilets not caulked properly leading to leaks. I've lived at 50 O'Neill for over a year now and I'm really happy with the condo so far. The sound proofing is great and i barely hear my neighbors. The materials of the flooring and counter tops are above average quality and is holding up well after a year of use. I've lived in 33 Singer court by Concord before and it was the worst workmanship/design. I could hear my upstairs neighbor when he went to the washroom! So this was definitely a step up.
